چکیده
Background: Galactomannans are the seed polysaccharides also known as gums, mostly isolated from legume endosperm. can easily mix with xanthans by physical association, exhibits synergistic effect and form complex mixtures due to their entangle nature in deferent ratios. Polysaccharides having these properties make them versatile materials which useful different biomedical food applications additives, thickening, gelling agents, emulsifiers stiffeners. Biopolymer-based colloidal particles have potential application drug gene delivery. Methods: extracted indigenous endosperm Adenanthera pavonna L Mimosa pudica L. investigated during 2015-2021 for aspects i.e. viscous behaviour interaction properties, formation other polysaccharide like xanthan preparation characterisation of galactomannan-based nanoparticles obtained covalent cross-linking genipin. Result: The intrinsic viscosity A. M. measured compared commercial LBG (Locust Bean gum). Prepared small spherical shaped diameters ~33 67 nm negative zeta ~-9.2 - 19.0 mV were obtained. We suggest that crosslinking genipin on residual protein fraction both galactomannans. biodegradable offer be a new platform oral delivery nutraceuticals.

Antibody-Conjugated Nanoparticles of Biodegradable Polymers for Targeted Drug Delivery
Target-specific delivery of diagnostic and/or therapeutic agents has become a main concern in the research of nanomedicine and in the pharmaceutical industry. Formulation of targeting effects can deliver high dose of the formulated diagnostic/therapeutic agents specifically to the diseased cells and leave the healthy cells untouched, which can thus result in much higher diagnostic/therapeutic e...

a simple, rapid and low-cost scanner spectroscopy method for the glucose determination by utilizing glucose oxidase and cdte/tga quantum dots as chromoionophore has been described. the detection was based on the combination of the glucose enzymatic reaction and the quenching effect of h2o2 on the cdte quantum dots (qds) photoluminescence.in this study glucose was determined by utilizing glucose...
Polyketal nanoparticles: a new pH-sensitive biodegradable drug delivery vehicle.
In this report, we present an acid-sensitive drug delivery vehicle, termed polyketal nanoparticles, which are designed to target therapeutics to the acidic environments of tumors, inflammatory tissues, and phagosomes. The polyketal nanoparticles are formulated from poly(1,4-phenyleneacetone dimethylene ketal) (PPADK), a new hydrophobic polymer which contains ketal linkages in its backbone. The ...
متن کاملSyntheses and Characterizations of Smart and Biodegradable Dendritic Nanoparticles for Controlled Drug Delivery
In order to transport therapeutic agents across blood brain barrier (BBB) for sustained time in response to biological need, we designed and synthesized novel dendritic nanoparticles with thermoresponsive and biodegradable properties as drug delivery systems. The nano-sized dendrimer was prepared by coupling reaction of poly(L-lysine) (PLL) dendron and poly(Nisopropylacrylamide) (PNIPAAM) graft...
